I'm a great fan of badminton, karate, running and swimming. I never had serious problems with body image, until 2012, when he began the preparation for the exams and I ended up gaining weight over 25lbs. Along with this came the insecurity and sorrow, unfortunately, people love to make fun from that.. Soo, one day I decided to get out from the PC and cookies and start a change at my lifestyle - not so extremist, i'll never abandon my geek blood. When you adopt a healthy lifestyle, the weight loss is just one of the benefits. Sometimes I have my flaws, but I never regret have started this journey. Okay, keep going! o/

06/09 - Today&#8217;s lunch

Good things about paleo: Eat until you&#8217;re satisfied and don&#8217;t feel guilty about that, cause everything is true and healthy for your body. Today I finally tried to make the &#8220;cauliflower rice&#8221;, confess I wasn&#8217;t so trustful, but when it was done and I tried, seriously, it&#8217;s perfect. I used sea salt, parsley, onion and garlic. Aaaand some chicken and carrot. Hell yeah.

Planks: a great exercise to really target the core and get those abs working. I try to do 60 seconds 3 times with about a minutes rest in between. You will really feel the burn after.
