Breakfast and dinner for today: Green juice with some brazil nuts and omelet with ham, tomato, cauliflower and a loooot of spices <3
06/09 - Today’s lunch
Good things about paleo: Eat until you’re satisfied and don’t feel guilty about that, cause everything is true and healthy for your body. Today I finally tried to make the “cauliflower rice”, confess I wasn’t so trustful, but when it was done and I tried, seriously, it’s perfect. I used sea salt, parsley, onion and garlic. Aaaand some chicken and carrot. Hell yeah.
Some things you should remind yourself daily
- Your tummy is great
- You have really nice legs
- You have a really beautiful face
- Your hair looks rad
- You’re good enough
- Your body is 100% normal and acceptable.
- It’s yours and you should decorate it how you want
- You’re hella cute
Planks: a great exercise to really target the core and get those abs working. I try to do 60 seconds 3 times with about a minutes rest in between. You will really feel the burn after.
